" Sago and black bean in coconut cream is a popular sweet dessert from Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, consisting of small sago pearls (starch), black beans, and creamy coconut milk. It is often served as a frozen treat or warm soup, with a mild sweetness and an interesting texture from the soft beans and chewy sago pearls.

Storage: Store at at least -18°C. Do not refreeze after use.

Preparation: Remove the sleeve and pierce the foil lid in several places. Place the bowl in the microwave (800 watts). Cook for 2 minutes on the highest setting. Shake the bowl gently and cook again for 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds on the highest setting. *Cooking time may vary depending on model and wattage.
