Spice Mix For Spicy Indonesian Fried Rice
Preparation:
2-3 cups steamed rice.
1 lb Shrimps, cut into little pieces/ground beef/chicken (optional)
Garnish: scrambled Egg, sliced Cucumber, sliced Tomato, Shrimp crackers.
1. Stir fry shrimp/beef or chicken with oil.
2. Add steamed rice and bamboe instant spices, mix thoroughly.
3. Serve with garnish.
