Yellow curry paste (Thai: Nam Phrik Kaeng Kari) is an aromatic spice paste used in Thai cuisine. It is considered the mildest of the three classic Thai curry pastes (yellow, red, green) and is characterized by a spicy-fresh, slightly sweet taste.
