Bumbu Racik Indofood Rendang is a popular, ready-to-use spice mix from Indonesia that allows for the quick and authentic preparation of rendang (a traditional Indonesian beef and coconut curry). It contains an aromatic combination of herbs, spices (such as shallots, galangal, and garlic), and chili.
The mix is ideal for achieving the complex flavor of this Padang dish at home without the time-consuming process of grinding fresh ingredients.
Usage: One pack (usually 50g) is sufficient for approximately 500g of meat, which is simmered with water and coconut milk.
