Ingredients for meatballs (bakso):
750g fresh ground beef
300g ice cubes
2L water
Preparation:
Mix 1 package (250g) of ready-made meatball mix with 750g fresh ground beef.
Add 300g crushed ice cubes and mix again until a smooth dough forms.
Shape the meatballs as desired. Place in a pot of hot water.
Cook the meatballs over medium heat until they rise to the surface. Remove and drain. Serve with meatball soup and side dishes.
