Dried yeast for tempe
Raprima Ragi Tempe is a world-renowned, high-quality tempeh starter (inoculum) from Indonesia, made with rice and rice flour. It contains Rhizopus oligosporus fungal spores and is used to ferment soybeans or other pulses into firm, white tempeh.
Application: Suitable for making soy tempeh, but also for beans, rice, or seeds.
Dosage: Typically, a small amount (approximately 1-2 grams per kg of beans) is used.
