Ingredients:
Shallots 21.4%, garlic, galangal, lemongrass 9.3%, cumin, salt, pepper 7.8%, coriander, vegetable oil 6.7%
Preparation:
Boil chicken in 900ml of water. Use only 2.5 cup (600ml) of broth.
Add bamboe spice mix, cook for 10 mins over medium heat.
Add the coconut milk, stir, cook for 5 mins. Serve hot.
This dish is suitable for vegetarian.
Substitute meat with tofu (cube and fried), carrot, potato, zucchini and eggplant.
