Spices mix for East Java meat soup
Shallots (37.5%), salt, palm oil 13%, kluwak (11.8%), galangal (3%), lemongrass (3.6%), garlic (2.6%), coriander (1%), chili (0.5%), curcuma (1%)
Boil 500g Beef until half done, then cut into cubes. Allow 750ml of broth to remain in the pan. Add Bamboe Rawon, 1 stalk lemongrass and 4 pcs lime leaves. Turn to low heat until the meat is tender.
Serve with chili sauce and sliced onion leaves.
