Koepoe Koepoe Pandan Pasta is a highly concentrated baking flavoring and food coloring in one, produced in Indonesia. It imparts a sweet, nutty aroma – often referred to as "East Asian vanilla" – to cakes, desserts (such as pandan chiffon cake), ice cream, and drinks, as well as an intense green color.

Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Pandan Flavor, Sorbitol Syrup, Propylene Glycol, Vanilla Flavor, Colouring (E102, E133), Ethyl Maltol.
Maximum use of the food and drinks 0,35% or 3,5 mL/L.
