Unfried Tapioca Chips with Garlic Flavor, spicy
Kerupuk (or krupuk/kroepoek) is a popular traditional Indonesian cracker made from tapioca flour and spices, which is puffed in hot oil to give it a light, crispy texture. It is served as an accompaniment to meals or as a snack.
There are many varieties, from spicy to mild, and even vegan versions made from cassava or rice paper.

Ingredients: Tapioca flour, salt, chilli 4%, sugar, garlic, baking powder, flavour enhancer (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5-inosinate, disodium 5-guanylate), phosphate stabilizer.

Frying instructions:
- Pour a sufficient amount of cooking oil into the frying pan, wait until the oil is hot enough.
- Add crackers one by one to the pan until they expand, flip once and remove when they are crispy.
