Preparation: Remove the sleeve and pierce the foil lid in several places. Place the bowl in the microwave (800 watts). Cook for 2 minutes on the highest setting. Shake the bowl gently and cook again for 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds on the highest setting. *The cooking time may vary depending on the model and wattage.
Storage: Store at a minimum temperature of -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
