Karangsari Bumbu Gado Gado is a popular, traditional Indonesian spice mix for quickly preparing peanut sauce for gado-gado salad.
Preparation: Stir the mix with hot water until a creamy sauce forms.
Use: Classically used as a sauce for gado-gado (Indonesian salad made with blanched vegetables, tofu, tempeh, and egg). Also ideal as a dip for satay skewers or as a seasoning in marinades.
